20 Voices. 1 Shared Story – A Thriving Together Atlanta Exhibit

20 Voices. 1 Shared Story.
A Thriving Together Atlanta Exhibit

On Saturday, February 28, NEXT, in collaboration with the National Black Arts Festival (NBAF), the City of Atlanta, and MARTA, presents 20 Voices. 1 Shared Story — A Thriving Together Atlanta Exhibit at ONE Contemporary Gallery, as part of the Edgewood Art Walk.

This immersive evening of art, film, and live performance brings Thriving Together Atlanta to life — centering 20 artists, healers, and civic leaders exploring wellness, joy, and the power of creative expression to shape how communities see, support, and care for one another.

At the heart of the event is a striking portrait exhibit by photographer Iyahdae Rose, alongside a short-form documentary weaving performance, movement, and personal reflection from these 20 voices into a powerful meditation on art, healing, and equity in Atlanta.

The evening will also feature live performances by Thriving Together Atlanta participants:

  • Bria Anai (Vocalist)
  • Jon Goode (Poet & Storyteller)
  • KHILA (Movement Artist)
  • Tracy Murrell (Visual Artist, Moma Murrell Collective)
  • Malaika Floyd (Healing & Sound Practitioner)

This will be followed by a candid conversation with Atlanta Influences Everything’s Bem Joiner, BLK HLTH Co-Founder Dr. Khadijah Ameen, and health equity expert Dr. Isa Miles, alongside artists Jon Goode and Tracy Murrell.

The evening is more than an exhibit. It’s a rare opportunity to be in the room with the voices shaping how Atlanta heals, creates, and moves forward.
